• Once your order is processed (12 hours have passed), we can't refund it anymore as it's already made and packed

 

• All refunds requests must be made within 90 days of the order date. 

 

• Any order delayed due to payment failure or changes requested by the customer may result in increased processing time.

 

• Any package lost due to incomplete/incorrect shipping address will not be eligible for refund, in case you want the package sent back to the correct address you will have to pay an extra shipping fee of $7.

 

• Any package lost due to third-party logistics issues, we will send you a replacement at our expense.

 

• If you received a defective item or if it is not the item you purchased, please contact us with a photographic evidence. We will send a replacement at our expense and you will not be required to send the defective/incorrect item(s) back.
